Returns Policy

You may return  shoes, boots and handbags within 14 days of delivery for a full a store credit or exchange only. Jewelry is not returnable. A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN IN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Items returned without a RMA number will be refused and/or returned to customer at customers expense.

You should expect to receive a RMA number within 24 hours of request. You will receive SPECIFIC return instructions when processing your request.

You should expect to receive your store credit or exchange within 14 days of the return, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US where United States Postal Mail is accepted. Items generally ship the next business day. Please allow 7 - 10 days to receive, though most items are received in 3 to 4 days.

Shipping charges are based on order amount ranging from $6.95 - $14.95

$1.00 - $25.00 - $6.95

$25.01 - $50.00 - $8.95

$50.01 - $75.00 - $10.95

$75.01 - $100.00 - $12.95

$100.01 and up - $14.95
